Caravan & Camping Sites
Our overnight campsite facilities include a swimming pool, children's playground, pool table, lapa and fire pits. Please enquire for exclusive use of our lapa. A low noise policy is applicable and after 22:00 no noise. Regretfully no day visitors / picnic facilities. Pensioner rates available.

| Country Park Information & Terms and Conditions |
- Deposit Policy: A minimum of 50% deposit for your lodge and cottage accommodation is payable within 2 working days of booking to confirm your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed on receipt of your e-mailed or faxed proof of an honoured payment, after which you will receive a booking confirmation from Country Park. The balance of your account is payable on arrival and any other cost incurred during your stay is payable during the check-out procedure. No deposit required for caravan and camping stays.
- Rates: Country Park reserves the right to change our rates without prior notice. Rates at the time of booking will apply, and may differ from the time of initial enquiry or as found on some advertised materials. 'One night weekend' rates apply on the day before and on public holidays.
- Access Control: A cash deposit of R200 is payable on arrival for an access control device and is refundable upon return of the device.
- Credit Cards: Only Visa and Master cards that are presented on site are accepted for payment. Regret no debit cards accepted.
- Check- in/out: Check-in is available from 14:00 till 18:00 on the day of arrival. Early and late check-in by prior arrangement only. Check-out is due at 10:00 on the day of departure (unless alternative arrangements are made).
- Breakfast: Served in the suite or dining area as per guest request.

- Housekeeping Services: With our commitment to the environment, we offer housekeeping upon request or every 2 days if required. Housekeeping by prior arrangement only, at a rate of R50 per call out.
- Occupancy: Only allowed as per confirmed numbers when booked. Mobile single beds optional for additional guests by prior arrangement.
- House Rules: Will be strictly enforced to ensure the comfort of all guests. Please read the information folder on arrival to avoid any misunderstandings (these can be sent to you via e-mail or faxed upon request).
- Inventory: Upon arrival, kindly check the inventory list inside the information folder in your suite and notify us immediately of discrepancies. Please note that any damaged or missing goods will be charged before your check-out.
- Smoking Policy: In accordance with South African law, smoking is not permitted inside the guest lodge, cottage or any Country Park buildings. Please make use of the patios and outside areas, other guests permitting.
- Pets: Regretfully, guests are not permitted to bring pets.
- Noise: To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, no loud music allowed anywhere in the park. From 22:00 a no noise policy applies.
- Right of Admission Reserved: Occupancy only allowed as per confirmed numbers when booked.
- Indemnity: The owner or management of the Country Park will not be held responsible, due to any cause whatsoever for any damages, loss of property or injury to any persons, while residing on or visiting this property, or storing vehicles or goods on the property. Persons residing, visiting or storing vehicles or goods, do so entirely at their own risk.
- Cancellation Policy: Country Park reserves the right to cancel any booking not honoured within 2 working days of the initial booking being made. Kindly notify us by fax or e-mail of your intention to cancel a booking. Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures.
- No arrival: Liable for full payment of booking
- 1-7 days prior to arrival: No refund of deposit paid
- 8-13 days prior to arrival: 25% refund of deposit paid
- 14-20 days prior to arrival: 50% refund of deposit paid
- 21 days or more prior to arrival: 75% refund of deposit paid
